Key Qualifications and Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

  • Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical discipline from a recognized university with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
  • Acceptable disciplines include: Electrical, Electrical (Power), Electrical & Electronics, Power Systems Engineering, Power Engineering (Electrical).

Post-Qualification Experience:

Position Experience Required
Manager (Electrical) Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a specific pay scale.
Deputy Manager (Electrical) Minimum 7 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a specific pay scale.
Assistant Manager (Electrical) Minimum 4 years of experience.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in EHVAC/HVDC sub-stations, transmission lines, and high-voltage operations.
  • Prior work experience in PSUs or listed companies within the power sector is preferred.

Job Location:

  • PAN India (Candidates must be open to transfers across India and abroad as per company requirements.)
