Qualifications

For Manager (MMG Scale-III)

  • Credit, Audit, Inspection, Compliance:
    • Minimum Education: Graduate in any discipline with additional qualifications such as ICWAI, ICAI, CFA, or MBA.
    • Experience: At least 4 years of experience as an officer in Banks/FIs/HFCs/Regulatory Bodies, with a minimum of 2 years in Compliance, Audit, Inspection, or Credit-Retail Lending.
  • Data Scientist:
    • Minimum Education: Postgraduate degree in Statistics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning.
    • Experience: A minimum of 4 years as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist in corporates, banks, or regulatory bodies.

For Deputy Manager (MMG Scale-II)

  • Credit, Audit, Inspection, Compliance:
    • Minimum Education: Graduate in any discipline with additional qualifications such as ICWAI, ICAI, CFA, or MBA.
    • Experience: At least 2 years as an officer in Banks/FIs/HFCs/Regulatory Bodies, with experience in Compliance, Audit, Inspection, or Credit-Retail Lending.
  • Data Scientist:
    • Minimum Education: Postgraduate degree in Statistics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning.
    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist in a similar industry.

Location

The selected candidates will be posted/transferred at the discretion of the National Housing Bank, depending on the bank’s requirements.

Salary
