Online registration: The registration process will be open from February 17, 2023, to February 28, 2023. During the registration process, you will be required to fill in your personal details, educational qualifications, and work experience.
Payment of application fee: The fee can only be paid online. The fee structure is as follows:

For SC/ST/PWD candidates: Rs. 200/- (Intimation charges only)
For all others: Rs. 1000/- (Application fee + Intimation charges)

Selection Process

The selection process for the IDBI Assistant Manager post consists of an online test followed by an interview. The online test will consist of four sections: Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Interpretation, English Language, and Quantitative Aptitude. The total number of questions will be 150, with a total duration of 2 hours.

After joining the bank as an Assistant Manager, you will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 36,000 – 1,24,500. In addition, you will also be entitled to receive DA, HRA, CCA, and other allowances as per the bank’s rules. The total emoluments at the starting level will be approximately Rs. 65,000 per month.
