Key Qualifications

Professors

Education: Ph.D. in relevant specialization.
Experience: Minimum 10 years post-Ph.D., with at least 4 years as an Associate Professor or equivalent.
Publications: At least 12 publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals; 3 must be in Scopus Q1 or ABDC A/A* journals.
Ph.D. Guidance: Supervised at least 5 graduated Ph.D. students or 4 with one in an advanced stage.
Research Grants: Desirable to have been awarded two major national/international grants as Principal Investigator.

Associate Professors

Education: Ph.D. in relevant specialization.
Experience: Minimum 6 years post-Ph.D., with at least 3 years as an Assistant Professor or equivalent.
Publications: At least 6 publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals; 2 must be in Scopus Q1 or ABDC A/A* journals.
Ph.D. Guidance: Supervised at least 3 graduated Ph.D. students or 2 with one in an advanced stage.
Research Grants: Desirable to have been awarded one major national/international grant as Principal Investigator.

Assistant Professors
