📝 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in laboratory and field research activities under the ICMR’s Network of Pulmonary Fibrosis project.
- Perform medical laboratory tests and pulmonary function assessments.
- Maintain and operate Pulmonary Function Test (PFT), Diffusing Capacity of the Lungs for Carbon Monoxide (DLCO), and Body Plethysmography equipment.
- Collect, analyze, and manage research data in compliance with project guidelines.
- Support the research team in documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks.
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
Essential Qualification:
Candidates must have one of the following:
- 12th Standard pass in Science subjects and
- Two years’ Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or
- One-year DMLT + one year of experience in a recognized organization or
- Two years of laboratory/field experience in a Government-recognized organization
- B.Sc. Degree holders will be considered as having three years of experience.
Desirable Skills:
- One year of experience in a Pulmonary Function Laboratory.
- Hands-on experience in PFT, DLCO, and Body Plethysmography.
Age Limit:
- Maximum Age: 30 years (as of the advertisement date).
