Qualifications

Essential Qualification:

• Ph.D. with first class or equivalent grade at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout.
• At least 5 years of Teaching/Research/Industrial experience with published work of high quality.

Desirable Qualification:

• Experienced researcher in the field of cell-based therapies, MABs protein therapeutics, gene expression, CarT, and other pharmaceutical biotechnology domains.
• Active role in pursuing basic and translational research.
• Contribution to Institutional Building programs.
• Experience in obtaining extramural grants, national/international fellowships, consultancy projects, curriculum development, and innovative teaching and learning methods.
• Service to departmental, institutional, and public levels including serving on committees.
