Job Description: HCL is inviting applications for Deputy Manager and Senior Manager positions in various disciplines/cadres as part of its expansion strategy. Senior Manager: Post Graduate Degree in Geology
Deputy Manager: Deputy Manager (Survey): Bachelor’s Degree in Mining/Civil Engineering with Surveyors Certificate of Competency or M. Tech (Geomatics). Deputy Manager (Electrical): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology (Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics & Telecommunication/Electronics & Communication). Deputy Manager (R&D): Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering/Technology or Post-Graduate qualification in Chemistry (preferably with specialization in Inorganic Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry). Deputy Manager (M&C): Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce/Engineering with Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Materials Management or MBA with specialization in Materials Management.
Management Trainee: HCL is also inviting applications for the post of Management Trainee in various disciplines, including Finance, HR, and Law. Interested applicants must possess a 2-year full-time post-graduation degree or diploma in HR/Personnel from a recognized institution, a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, or CA/ICWA or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.
