Job Description:

Federal Bank, one of India’s premier private sector banks, is inviting applications from talented, young, and dynamic individuals to join as Associates in the Non-Officer (Clerical) Cadre. As an Associate in this role, you will be responsible for relationship banking and client-facing positions. Based on administrative requirements, you will be posted in any of the Bank’s branches or offices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized banking services to clients, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Contribute to achieving the bank’s targets and goals.
  • Meet potential and existing clients to identify their needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Complete all activities related to the required processes.
  • Adhere to bank policies and regulations.
  • Manage customers’ accounts and appropriately assess their financial needs.

Requirements:

To be eligible for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum aggregate of 60%, declared as equivalent by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India, or approved by AICTE.
  • Score a minimum aggregate of 60% or above throughout Class X, Class XII, and Graduation.
  • Candidates should not be more than 24 years old as of 01.06.2023 (those born on or after 01.06.1999) to be eligible to apply. However, the age of SC/ST candidates should not exceed 29 years as of 01.06.2023 (those born on or after 01.06.1994).
  • Candidates must be citizens of India.

Compensation:

  • Starting basic pay for Associates: INR 17,900.
  • Eligible for DA, HRA/Additional HRA, Medical, and other allowances & perquisites as per the rules in force.
  • Cost to Company (CTC) per annum: Minimum of INR 5.75 Lakhs to a maximum of INR 5.88 Lakhs, based on posting location and other factors.
  • Take Home Pay: Approximately INR 39,000 per month (excluding statutory deductions like Income Tax, Profession Tax, NPS, etc.).
  • Probation period: 6 months.

Selection Process:

The selection process for recruitment includes the following stages:

  1. Online Aptitude Assessment.
  2. Potential Assessment through Group Discussion / Preliminary Interaction.
  3. Personal Interview or any other mode of selection decided by the Bank.

Please provide a photo identity proof, address proof, and self-attested copies of mark sheets and documents of educational qualifications obtained in all semesters/years.

  4. Submit the form between 26.06.2023 and 15.07.2023.
  5. Candidates who have completed their Graduation in the academic year 2022-2023 are also eligible to participate in the selection process.
  6. Graduation course should entail a minimum of 3 years of education after completing higher secondary schooling or Diploma.
  7. Ensure you have the year-wise/semester-wise mark sheets for each year/semester of the qualifying examinations from the respective Board/University/Institution.

Service Level Agreement:

Selected candidates will be required to execute a Service Level Agreement upon joining the Bank. This agreement commits them to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 2 years. In case a candidate leaves the Bank before completing the stipulated minimum service period, they will be liable to pay the Bank a sum of INR 30,000/- as the cost of training (Subject to Banks approval and norms followed).

  • SC/ST: INR 120/-
  • GST at applicable rates (@18%) will be charged additionally.
