Southern Region (Secunderabad/Hyderabad)
Western Region (Mumbai) Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India.

Qualifications and Experience

Assistant Manager (Technical)

Educational Qualification: Diploma in Electronics/Electronics & Communication
Experience: 5 years in telecom

Deputy Manager (Technical)

Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Electronics/ Telecom/ Computer Science
Experience: 2 years in telecom

Deputy Manager (Marketing)

Educational Qualification: MBA in Marketing
Experience: 2 years in relevant field

Assistant Manager (Finance)

Educational Qualification: MBA in Finance
No experience required.

Assistant Manager (HR)

Educational Qualification: MBA in HR
No experience required.

Salary Package

The pay scale and approximate CTC offered for these posts are:

Assistant Manager (E-0 Level): Pay Scale – ₹30,000-1,20,000, CTC – ₹9 Lakh p.a.
Deputy Manager (E-1 Level): Pay Scale – ₹40,000-1,40,000, CTC – ₹12 Lakh p.a.

In addition, selected candidates will be eligible for annual performance-related pay.

Age Limit

The minimum and maximum age limit varies for different posts:

Assistant Manager – Minimum 21 years, Maximum 28 years
Deputy Manager – Minimum 21 years, Maximum 30 years Age relaxations applicable as per government norms for reserved categories.

For General/OBC candidates: ₹1200
For SC/ST/PwBD candidates: ₹600
Mode of Payment: Online only via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.

Important Dates

Selection Process

The selection will be based on:

Online Exam – 150 marks
Personal Interview – 50 marks

The online exam will test professional knowledge and aptitude comprising multiple-choice questions.
