Qualifications and Experience
- Assistant Manager (General): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks. Relaxation for reserved categories.
- Assistant Manager (Specialized Disciplines): Bachelor’s/postgraduate degree in a relevant specialized discipline with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Upper age limit is 30 years as of 01.09.2023, with relaxations for reserved categories.
- No prior work experience required; freshers can apply.
Job Location
Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in India, in NABARD’s regional offices and branches.
Salary
Selected candidates will receive a starting basic pay of Rs. 44,500/- per month in the scale of Rs. 44,500-89,150, along with additional allowances and perks as per eligibility.
